Power Point 2000 - JPEGS turn BLACK - HELP!

When I make a powerpoint presentation and import JPEG'S
on my puny computer - it works fine. When my boss opens
up the presentation on his turbocharged (with all the
updated drivers for everything) computer - some slides
appear correctly - and others - where the picture is, is
just a black square. He has PLENTY of memory - both video
and otherwise so that's not it. Please post reply's to:

What version of PowerPoint does your boss have?

This is a newsgroup where we share all questions and replies with everyone.
Email would defeat the purpose, so it's only used if a discussion requires file
exchange, etc.
