Power on Password,

In Win98, I was able to have it so when the machine was
turned off,It would ask for a password inorder to power on.
Is this possible in Win XP Home Edition?

It's possible no matter what OS you have. Go into your
Bios and set a "Boot Password".

This is a function of the Motherboard BIOS not the OS. Just go into the
BIOS and look for the password options. Each BIOS brand is different, so I
can't tell you where it is or even if your BIOS has this option.
