Power management can't work,monitor can't turn off!!!

Dears,
I got a strange problem now.
I have already set monitor turn off after 1 min in power
meter setting.
But nothing happen after 1 min.
And i go through my setting,i found a rule with this
problem.
When i use KVM to connect monitor,keyboard,mouse,monitor
can turn off after 1 min
If i not use KVM and connect directly,monitor can't turn
off.
And I'm sure when i use tap.exe,all this are connect
directly not through KVM.
And i also add all about ACPI and power management
component.
But finally monitor still can't turn off after 1 or n
min(s).
Please anybody tell me what's happen or what component i
miss?

What video driver are you using? The standard VGA or the driver for the
specific chipset?
