Power fuse from hp scanjet 4100c

Hi,
My scanner died today and I opened it up and it was the fuse on the power
circuit. The fuse was sodiered in place so I took it out, but the board
connectors
are partially covering up the ratings. I think it is rated at 250V and
7A. Can
anyone confirm this?
