Have followed instructions - thank you. However, wants me to input "cd-key" after users name and company which apparently came with package but did not. How can I complete installation without this?

Hi, You don't. You need to contact CyberLink for help.

Most OEM software I have had did not require one, and any give away
stuff had the Serial number either on the disk or the sleeve

Check on the printed surface of the cd-rom, in some cases OEM versions
have the serial# printed on the printed surface of the cd-rom, If it
is not there then I have no idea.

Cheers
