Power Desk 5 Works but Explorer does not.

If I use Power Desk 5 via Control Panel I can see my Printers my Scanner and
my Network things, but if I go using the Explorer path via Control Panel they
are ALL missing, empty Icons.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me but on a different system..

I think last time I had to do a Clean install to fix it..
 
Patient: Doctor, it hurts every time I poke myself in the eye with a

Doctor: Quit poking yourself in the eye with sharp sticks.

Moral of story: Quit installing Power Desk 5

No its the best thing since sliced bread..

And has nothing at all to do with it as its been installed since last year
but the problem came up the other day..
