Hi all,

looking for a power button with a two pin connector, just a standard one you would fine in a case, any ideas?

Maplins do loooooooooooooooooooooooads! What sort were you after?

Look for Rocker or some of the push switches.

Unless of course you mean you need a specific type or size?

Latching or momentary?

Does it have to fit the case exactly or will you be making a hole to fit it?

If it's a normal ATX power switch, it needs to be momentary, single pole, and it would probably be a bonus if it fitted the hole vacated by the presumably faulty switch.

Just a few things to consider ;)

cheers for all your replies.

basically it's not going in a case, i want one to test mobos when they are not case mounted. all i need is one with the two pin connector for connection to the mobo.

anyone find one?

:D is that all ... I took one out of an old case, 'cos I couln't be bothered to find my soldering iron ... works a treat.

Any single throw single pole switch should do ... or you could use the old-fasioned-method of a small screwdriver to short the MB pins. ;)

:D
