I very much doubt that anyone has constructed one for that specific purpose.

Access should really be viewed as a toolkit. It will let you build a database
that fits YOUR specific needs; you just need to identify the real-life
Entities (things, animals, people or events) of importance to your
recordkeeping needs, and create tables to store the information about them.
