Potentially unsafe messages

A friend is trying to send me a file which is perfectly
safe. Yest, my Outlook 2003 does not show the attachment.
The message I get is "Outlook has blocked acess to the
following potentially unsafe attacment...". How do I solve
this? Thaqnk you!

Have it send to you again in a compressed file format like the zip-format.
