Postcard stationary/template

I have searched high and low for what I would think would be pretty
basic. I am looking for a template or stationary for Outlook that
looks like blank postcard where you can type in a message and paste
in a photo. Anyone seen something like this?

If you read the first line of my message it says "I've searched high
and low"......

I never found one, but did make one in a paint program and paste it in
an Outlook message.
