HELP!

I am trying to attach a picture to a vCard that I use as
a signature on my outgoing email. I can attach the
picture and view it just fine, but when I send the
outgoing email, the picture is no longer part of the
vCard.

I have tried to email Microsoft about this, but their
website naturally tells me that my product ID is wrong (I
just bought this computer/software from Dell and
registered it). So I cannot go any further unless I'd
like to pay through the nose.

If anyone has any insight, please feel free to email.

Regards,
Bob Brooks

If you purchased your Office version from Dell as preinstalled, Dell is
obligated to support it. Microsoft will not nor can it support OEM
cofigured software.

As for the picture, only the default contact items will be shown - anything
in notes will not show.

.
Thanks. However, my frustration arises from the fact
that the photo is now part of the default items in an
Outlook contact.

I'll call Dell tomorrow. Thanks for the reply....

Best Regards,
Bob
