Help - we are running outlook and have been receiving
messages Re: Failure delivery of emails that we haven't
sent, the Subject line of these emails is Hi, and like I
said it is to addresses that we havent ever heard of.
We have run scans and our antivirus is not picking up any
viruses.
Please help if anyone has dealt with this before!

You don't have the virus -- someone else does and you're getting these
messages as a third party. Not much you can do except to delete the
messages and not worry about them.

From what I have heard, someone else has the virus and it
took your email addresses when you opened an email from
them. But it doesn't hurt your hard drive, nor is it on
your hard drive.

These emails are sent from another computer using your
email address. That is why you get the responses from
them. Just delete these emails without reading them and
it will pass with time. These types of viruses wear
themselves out eventually.

Thanks so much for that - we have discovered that other pc's in the office have had the same prob, so in time it will simply wear itself out you think. O.K, sounds good. thanks again for your help
