Possible virus'-do not open any of these!

Recieved in e-mail today:

Microsoft Use this patch immediatley

Network E-mail services letter

MS Network Security Division Newest Network Sec. Update


DO NOT OPEN ANY OF THESE!

MICROSOFT DOES NOT SEND ANY UPDATES THROUGH ANY E-MAIL
SYSTEM!

DELETE THEM RIGHT AWAY!
 
I opened it, it looked official, and I started
the 'download' for 'Patch 8375.exe' got a message from
norton to quarenteen the mail, and I did, but now I
cannot access any of my 'exe' files, when starting
things, get sign up that 'can't locate exe', but if I
search for the exe, it's still there. What Must I do,
could someone please email me and tell me what to do? I
can receive mail, but not send it, and I can't even
access norton now! HELP!
 
I have received ten in the past two days. I feel sorry for
the innocents out there that are going to get mugged. I am
also getting bogus messages about email errors.
