Possible Trojan Need Help

I have a file on my computer KLR247 that i cannot delete. It says that it is
being used but nothing unusual is running. I've ran Norton and TrojanHunter
but neither is finding anything. Not sure what to do with it any help would
be much appreciated thanks, John

If you can open msconfig, go to the startup tab and see if there is an
entry for that file. Uncheck the box.

Restart and rename the aforementioned file.

If that works, you can run regedit and go to
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run-

and delete the entry you unchecked.

This process works only for the most unsophisticated trojans. For more
sophisticated trojans, discover the name of the trojan and we can see if
there is a specific removal tool available.
