possible to have a view of column with field names?

U know how u can go Insert|Name|Paste|Paste List and paste the list of
names u have defined with their values, etc.

can u do the same for columns fields so that u have the column
denomination (A, B or C, etc.) and column header (field u define in 1st
cell of each column on 1st row in table) appear in a vertical list of 2
columns, say:

After operation u wd have:
A1=A
B1=first name

B1=B
B2=last name

etc.

There's no built-in feature that will list the column headings for you.
You could copy the headings, then select a cell where you want the
vertical list to start
Choose Edit>Paste Special
Select Values, and check the box for Transpose, then click OK

Add the column letters to the left of the list of headings.

I've of course already done that, b4 posting here.
I was hoping for an easier way, especially if one has 100 columns.....
