Possible to get the routing table in plain english ??

Anyone;

I hope I am not the only one....BUT.....I sure would like to input the
server "routing table" and whatever else into a piece of software and get a
"dummies" version of what it means in plain language. Maybe a shorter more
efficient route could be found and shorten the tables.

If anyone knows of such a thing please let me know.!
