possible a computer crash

i think my computer crashed for the 3rd time. when
updated and install . the programn are not installed
correctlly. a blue screen comes up and it say kernel
stack inpage error. then it says to disable bio memory
and something about shadowing . In order for me to fix
it. i need to go on safe mode.
