Ports needed for pop3

I have a customer that is using Norton personal Firewall
and Outlook 2000. She has her Outlook configured to use
pop3. I have ports 80, 443, 25 and 110 open on the
firewall. When the firewall is enabled she is not able
to retreive her mail. When the firewall is disabled it
works fine. My question is this, is there any other
ports that need to be opened to allow her to retreive her
mail without taking down the firewall?

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

you may want to ask in a norton group somewhere... but you may also want to
check the norton setup, i believe you have to also give the application
permission to access the internet besides just opening the port by number...
and you would not want those ports open for incoming traffic either
normally.
