you talking about? What is "Portfolio Manager"? Is this something you
are connecting to over a network or the Internet? How are you doing
this? System specs? Does it always happen, what changed? And other
commonsense troubleshooting questions... Suggest you contact the mftr.
of that software or post back detailing what is really happening so
