Try AceMoney Lite

I use it to track my portfolio. Handles buys, sells, dividends, and
reinvestments. And... it downloads current prices. So far it's
working great for me

The reporting is weak, but you can export to Excel (or OpenOffice) and
work the numbers there. There is also a good Yahoo Group for support.

Now if I could just get my STOCKS to perform as well. Arrgh!

Thanks Eric,
I will give it a try.
Actually what I want is standalone Portfolio Manager and not an interactive
one.
Is there any such program available.
Regards.

I'm not sure what you mean by standalone either. I just use the one on
Interactive Investor website and it works brilliantly for me:-

You do have to register for it (no charge) and it takes a bit of time to
figure it out and set it up but I have a series of about 12 portfolios,
including my wife's and my own ISAs and PEPs, each its own portfolio with
several unit trusts etc, and separate ones for Equity shares. You can even
enter Cash items and bank accounts and your house or properties, but where
the units or shares can be revalued every few minutes automatically if you
have entered them properly (is that what you meant by interactive?),
obviously you have to keep updating your cash items by yourself. Finally
there is a "Summary" button which displays a list all the portfolio values
together with an overall total value of your holdings - effectively your Net
Worth if you have included everything down to your clothes! Not bad eh?
