I am working on issue with Oracle. Our customer wants to limit the port range
of the returning packets. As you know, Oracle typically uses port 1521 for
incoming packets, but returns responses on the default port settings. Is
there a way to limit the responses of Oracle to a certain range by making a
change on Windows 2000 server. And is that way/change only affect the Oracle
services. Your help is well appreciated.

That would be an application or oracle driver setting. Not an operating
system setting. Better to ask in an oracle group.
