Okay, everytime I try to connect to the internet with my other port... It
doesn't work... It says that there's no dial tone, and that I should check my
phone line. But there is a dial tone. Because when I dial up on the port I am
connecting from right now, it works just fine, except my Catch-A-Call doesn't
work when I use this port. At first I thought it was my catch-a-call but it's
not because I plugged the port directly to the phone line, and it still
doesn't work. Could someone pls help me fix this?

What ports are you talking about? You have a modem which has two
openings in it. Are these openings what you mean by "port"? If yes,
then you must have a cable going from the Line opening to the telephone
jack if you want a dial-up Internet connection. The other opening
(Phone, usually with a little picture of a phone) is for a connection
going to either a splitter or another telephone jack. I don't know what
"Catch-A-Call" is but it sounds like some sort of call-waiting
software.

Have you got things plugged in correctly? Repost with a clearer
explanation of what you are doing. Remember that although we want to
help you, no one can see your computer from here so you have to be
descriptive.
