Populate Combo Box from csv file

I have a list of names in a comma separated variable list. I have populated
a Combo Box previously by pasteing this list into the properties table. I
have forgotten the formatting to get individual entries to list on individual
lines (i.e. the entire list is currently on one line of the dropdown box.)

Where does this combo-box come from (toolbar name)? In a document, or on a
user-form?
