i don't know if someone can tell me what to do . in internet options you have
downloaded program files i have popcap loader it says that it is damaged when
i click on remove it says these programs are currentley being used by one or
more programs please close some programs andtry again you may have to restart
windows. it is an activex control can someone tell me uses this.
 
popcap loader is adware.

Update whatever anti-spyware applications that you have and run a full
system scan with each one.

Update your antivirus software and run a full system scan.
