POP3 und SMTP Servername

Ich möchte Windowsmail einrichten.
Nun finde ich die Namen von POP3 und SMTP nicht für die Einrichtung des
Windowsmail Kontos

Kann mir jemand helfen

NB: Set Outgoing server (SMTP) to Port 587, not Port 25!

Windows Mail's new account wizard is hard-coded to reject (e-mail address removed),
(e-mail address removed), and (e-mail address removed) addresses. When you enter your email
address during setup, use a dummy one (e.g., (e-mail address removed)).
After you've finished, go back and change the email address to the correct
one.
