I go into my windows mail, and see all of the messages i tried to send. When
I try to send them The message I get back states:

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I looked at the question here and either, Im not doing somthing right, or
those questions were different from mine. any one who can help me thank you.
You can get back at me at (e-mail address removed). If letting you know that i
have a Dell helps then, I have a Dell.

POP3 is not a valid server name. Find your mail provider's help page.

Do you have any other email address besides the @yahoo.com one?
US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only.
Windows Mail doesn't do webmail, only POP and IMAP.
You can upgrade your Yahoo email account so it has POP access:
