The only one I'm aware of is the POP3 service which is part of windows server 2003. I'm not aware of anything which will do this on XP's IIS. An alternative would be to use an entire 3-rd party mail server solution, perhaps something like Mercury: http://www.pmail.com/overviews/ovw_mercwin.htm
