POP3 and SMTP formats

I'm trying to set up an email account in Outlook Express but I guess now
it's Windows Live. Just purchased a home computer. Always had one at work
and the system tech's fixed everything for me but now job has closed. What
format do I use for the POP3 and SMTP server inputs at setup?
