Pop-ups- through messenger service

Is there an update that can stop these pop-ups from a
backdoor in the Messenger Service. I have pop-up control
but I can't stop them. I also have norton internet
security with a firewall. Please help me. Nothing helps,
this is something that microsoft can stop,can't they?

Theres nothing microsoft can do aside from removing the service from the
OS and they're not going to do that. Is your firewall turned on? Set it
to block the port the service uses.
