Pop Ups Blocked in Internet Explorer 6.0

I have recently run into a problem with pop-up windows being blocked for
sites that I have put into the allowed list. Even with all pop up blocking
disabled the pop ups are blocked. The site uses pop ups to show a report
that I access. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Hi,
Do you have other toolbars or programs with pop-up blocking features?
Specifically, you may have to uninstall the Yahoo toolbar instead of just
turning off it's pop-up blocker. Google toolbar?
