pop ups and home page changing

each time I go onto the internet I get a pop up "spot on"
search page coming up. Also whenever I turn off my
computer and reboot my IE startpage has changed. How do
I fix this?

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function

I have been having the same problem with Isearch coming
up. I tried accessing some of the sites you recommend and
Isearch activates with page not found. Isearch is now on
my IE toolbar and I can no longer adjust my toolbar
settings. Any suggestions?

Delete the Hosts file and then try again.
