pop ups and a wierd acting keyboard

i have pop ups that wont go away from explorer and compaq and i also have problems when in emails or on online pages with numbers there not typing or when they do they are the symbols asociated with the number in the ke

1) Run an uptodate antivirus checker
2) Download Spybot and Adaware and run them both to look for spyware on your
computer. Don't allow them to delete anything without first checking the
list, sometimes they'll identify legitimately installed software as spyware
3)Check your keyboard isn't full of rubbish that may be causing the
shift/ctrl/alt keys to be registered in error..
