Pop Up Windows

I'm having trouble with my popup windows in Internet
Explorer 6.0. While browsing through web pages, the pop
up windows are blocked.
I've gone through the Advanced Internet Options under
Tools menu to try to activate them again but it just not
working.
Could somebody help me in solving this.

This winsock repair fixed all my IE web page display trouble. All my pages
show and display as they should know.
