Pop-up Windows in IE 6

I've had problems from time to time with pop-up windows
in IE 6. The problem that I have is if the pop-up window
has a button in it, such as "Save Setting" for example,
if I click on the button, nothing happens. This happened
today at MLB.com when I was trying to select what kind of
media player I would use for the audio broadcast. I've
tried installing the java plug-in, hoping that would take
care of any javascript problems, but it didn't work.
I've also disabled my Norton Internet Security and that
didn't work. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

try this. uninstall yahoo companion. worked great for
