Has anyone ever received a pop up in Outlook when creating a new email that
reads: "A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus
and you should chose no."

I always chose no but I don't have a clue as to how I can get rid of it.
When I run a virus scan, no files come up infected so I don't believe it's a
virus. Anyone have any idea what this may be? I can email a print screen
if needed.

Thank you but I'm not sure it makes complete sense. Where do I go to the
administrative options? I dont see it in the menus up top?

If you're using Exchange Server (and you're the administrator), click the
administrative options link in that article and you'll get another article
with details. If you're not using Exchange, that section doesn't apply to
you. You will need to either look at the 3rd party programs listed there
called Advanced Security for Outlook and Express ClickYes, or, if you can
figure out which program(s) are causing the box to pop up, see if the
manufacturers have a later version available which gets around the Outlook
security prompts.
