Pop up menus !

When I use a macro to open another workbook it automatically adds th
web menu to my menu bar.
No matter what I do it always reappears.
How can I stop this happening ?

Excel 2003 SP
 
It is likely code that is launching the web bar.
Scan through the code & post some of it, should be a quick find/deletion.
