pop-up like things that never go away

I am shocked. I have firewall up and running, yet some porn soliciter has made it so all right-clicking pulls up a message of ">>>FREE PORN GALLARIES<<<" and i cant do a thing about it. It just WILL NOT BE REMOVED! you cant even delete it, by right clicking on it: any clicking on it opens a sexxmax.com page...HELP PLEASE!!!
 
It is probably ad ware or spy ware, I suggest you try one of the many
available products like AdAware or SpyBot to remove it.
