Pop up form not working in MDE

I have a main form that I do all data entry in. I have a "Find" form
that you can call up that will help you navigate to different records.
The code works fine. You hit the "Find" button and the Find form pops
up and you choose a record and jump to it. No problem.

When I make the file into an MDE it no longer works. When you are in
the main form and you hit "Find" - the form does not pop-up to the
front. It comes up - but it comes up behind the main form - not in
front of it - defeating the whole purpose. I have tried making the
form modal and I have tried setting the focus to the form in code, but
it still doesn't work. It's very frustrating because it works fine in
MDB mode, but not in MDE mode.

Does anyone have any suggestions? What am I doing wrong here?

Popup + modal should be sufficient. And MDE vs. MDB should not make any
difference. So it's tempting to think that there is something else
going on.

On the docmd.openform that opns the popup, try adding the acDialog
parameter. (I can't remember where it goes, check the help for
OpenForm.)
