Pop Up Blocker

According to instructions the Tools menu in Internet Explorer should show
"Pop Up Blocker" but my Windows XP DOES NOT.

but only if SP2 for Windows XP is installed...

It is under Tools ... Internet Options ... Privacy (tab)
There is an error in the help file.

I have a "Pop-up Blocker" entry directly in the Tools menu...
 
Absolutely - I was looking at the wrong machine. I will remove my erroneous
post.
