You'd only have an OST file if you connected to an Exchange server and set
up cached mode to sync to an offline file. If you don't use Exchange, it's
in a PST file.
It's stored in a .PST file by default...unless the user is connected to
Exchange and the Exchange server is pulling down the POP mail, in which case
the messages would be stored in the Exchange mailbox. .PST files can be
located anywhere on the drive but http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm
will tell you the default locations for Outlook files.
