whenever i am playing music, no matter what song (format,
file, bitrate, source, anything) there is sometimes random
squeeks and scratches in the sound. it doesnt always
happen, and i noticed it happens then media player is
runnign along with another program or 2, and i also saw
that media player was taking about 60% of the total cpu
useage(out of 2 logical 3.2ghz processors!) it doesnt
always do this, but it is very frequent, for instance, it
does it constantly for a week or 2, then goes away for a
month. i recently formated (5 days ago) and have no
viruses, spyware, malware, etc... what could cause this?
