Brownie

I read the posts for suggestions and assistance. I cannot believe the poor
attitudes being conveyed by some of your so called "techies". We post for
assistance, not to be ridiculed.

I do not see any posts from you, other than this one?
Please understand that this is a newsgroup of users helping other users, no
one posting here works for M$.

Where do you see the poor attitude?

Since I was searching to resolve a problem with Microsoft Mail, let me start
there. One of your techies wrote calling someone stupid that there was a
suggestion to go back down to XP. Personally, just trying to get an answer
so my pictures will show in a message I forward, I am somewhat frustrated
myself. Looks like I am going on a wild goose chase. I just may delete
Vista and carry everything over from my old computer which would include XP
and Outlook Express!!!!!!

You repeat "your techies" Whose techies?

I repeat "Please understand that this is a newsgroup of users helping other
users"

Now your problem, you have learned how to post to the newsgroup, so please
tell us what it is and also please include any error messages that WM
provides.

Why not save the pictures to your hard drive and then attach them to your
mail?

What is your mail sending format at tools>options>send? Set it to HTML

I've been working this newsgroup here every day for over 10 months, and
I don't recall seeing any of the regular responders calling anyone "stupid".
Once in a while you'll see a rogue responder, but there's nothing we can do
about that since this is an uncensored and unmoderated forum.

I set everything exactly as it was set on my old computer. Had the computers
side y side. My sending option is set to HTML. In addition, images are not
blocked.

I've been posting for the past few days As a matter of fact, you responded
to one of my posts two days ago so you must have seen at least one of my
other posts. Just to clarify, the poor attitudes were not directed at me.

"I've been posting for the past few days".
<snip>

BUT!! Not as "Brownie", the regulars in here get to know you guys, we can
add one problem to the last one that you had, then we get a picture of your
situation!

So if you do post again please use the same alias.

You will get a much - much, better user experience if you click the
following link, use WM to its full potential, and leave behind that
abhorrent web interface.

Sorry, I did another search on your postings, I found one with the
imaginative subject of Windows Mail? (we get dozens of those every day),
about the address of recipients being shown in the To: and cc: lines, you
had a reply to that question from Frank Saunders MVP, but you did not
respond?

I found the other one, where you hijacked an existing thread saying "I have
the same problem", no one ever has the same problem, similar, yes! Please
start your own thread Brownie, and don't expect that you will get an answer
immediately, we try our best :-))

Hey have a look at this search tool, use all the entry fields wisely and you
will have great success:

Just a little fact first. A picky detail. Microsoft Mail was discontinued
in 1997 when Outlook Express 4 came out. We generally just assume that when
people ask about Microsoft Mail they just haven't noticed that the name of
the program is Windows Mail.

First, save the picture as a file on your computer.
Then go to Tools | Options | Send | HTML Settings under Mail Settings and
check the box to include pictures with messages.
Now try to forward the message.

If you consider any part of this message impolite or insulting, sorry, but I
don't.
