Here is what I use, and I paid for it,
although a DEMO VERSION of this
one is available too.

I use the Podcast Producer and it
has a lot of nice bells and whistles.

Indeed. Things you don't want to hear on a podcast is a lot of bells and
whistles, unless it's the famous Bells and Whistles podcast by you know
who.
