Pocket access

Is there such a thing as pocket access for the PDA? If so
where can you buy it

There was something in the initial versions of the Pocket PC but it
was generally regarded as being very simple and useless.

Handbase has a PocketPC version and now comes with the Access
synchronizer built in.
