png formats show with backgrounds

How do I insert a png file without the background. I can use them in other
office programs, and when I try to use them in Front Page 2003, I always get
a background. I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements to save the png's in.

If you are using IE, you don't. IE doesn't support PNG transparence without
external javascript hacks.
