Try these:

Error Message: A Required .DLL File, PNCRT.DLL, Was Not Found
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q190898/

Uninstall Real Player, then download and install the latest version.
Ref: http://www.real.com/player/?src=realplayer

Click Start, Run, type SFC /SCANNOW, click OK. If any are damaged or
missing files, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards
so damaged files will be replaced.

PNCRT.dll is part of real player and is the cause of many errors. The
most common fix is to locate in add/remove and uninstall real
player...then re install the program.

The file itself may be installed on your system ( as shown by the
search) but may be unable to communicate to the program thus is shown
as missing. This is a standard with damaged files.

Well, thanks to all who replied, but, none of these worked for me (of course
!!! )
I could not uninstall because "the uninstall component is missing" , I can't
register it for some stupid reason, & I did the scan thing and it still
doesn't work even after a reboot !!!!So, now what ???

When I do a search it says under "file" - dncrt.dll , & under "in folder"
it says, c:/i386 . Thats what I get & I don't know any more about it !!!

Did you use the Google option?

I guess I'm not sure what you mean by "google option". I googled pncrt.dll &
there was a hundred & one sites to go to. I went to one that told me what to
do about the error message I was getting but they wanted me to go to "windows
setup" & I can't find a "windows setup" on this thing !!! I'm not real
computer savvy & I guess if this is goning to be a big problem, I can do with
out it !!!!
