I like different themes so is it possible to get the Plus Pack For Windows
xp that you used to get for 98 with different fonts and themes. If so where
can I download it.

Microsoft Plus! for Windows 98/ME is not compatible with
Windows XP. You can purchase and install Microsoft Plus!
for Windows XP here:

Plus! for Windows XP is a purchasable product as it was for Windows 98 etc.

Are you asking if it's available to buy? Or are you asking if there's a way
to extract the theme files off the Windows 98 Plus! disk in order to use
them. The answer to the both questions is yes.
