Pls help

I'm having problems accessing my networking computers through
My Network Places -> Microsoft windows network -> My domain

it says that i do not have permissions to access it (the computer is on the
domain) . It worked fine till few days ago.
I can access/find computers through start-> run -> \\computername

It is a domain on exchange server
tried the following:
take the comp off the domain and then add it on again, did not work

only major change was few weeks before, upgrade from exchange 2000 -> 2003,
after the upgarade all worked fine, i guess.

Are you passing it the proper credentials?
 
The thing is that it worked fine. Allso this is happening not only on mine
computer,
but on all comuputers on the doman. It's just that some cmp. can access My
Network Places -> Microsoft windows network -> My domain and only see them
self.

This is the error i get (if helps)
'domain' is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
resource. Contact admin. of this server to find if...... have access
permissions

the list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available
