Please recommend an UML for dotNet development. I heard of "Cecima
Windesign", "MagicDraw UML", but for DotNet programming, which one
would you prefer? Thanks.

On a brief look I reckon EA Designer is worth investigating:

Further to Tim's reply, I use Enterprise Architect and would certainly
recommend that you give it a look. The price is also unbeatable for what it
provides.
