Please Please Help Me!!!!!

I have a AMD Athlon 1800XP with a ProLine Flat screen. I have a G force 4 MX440-8X Video card. I switch the pc on and the initialisation information comes up. Windows then starts to load and the XP loading screen comes up( the one with the moving bar underneath the logo) The screen then goes blank and windows continues to load. The loading complete sound occurs but the screen stays blank. I have tried to open in safe mode but it still does not show the screen.

Any help wold be really appreciated.

This can be a problem with your monitor. Well, you should try reinstalling
Windows XP and downloading the lastest drivers for your VGA card.
